MoD - Great security?

So the MoD have had the following stolen:
1) Ration packs - yeah easy to put in a bag and walk out.
2) A clarinet - ok a pretty small item to steal.
3) Guns - Not much bigger than a clarinet but I would of thought these would have to be signed out and back in?
4) A ships anchor - Getting bigger but still possible to put in a car I guess if it’s a small ship.
5) A plan fuselage - HOW ? ? ?
6) A bridge!!!! How the hell do you steal a bridge ? (I guess it means one of the mobile bridge thingys on a vehicle so how the hell)
Other things noted as taken:

- Uniforms
- Helmets
- Night-vision goggles
- case
- medals
- ceremonial swords
- boat rudder
